Acting on behalf of its client – an innovative company providing scientific and technical consulting – Tomorrow Jobs is currently looking for a:

Chromatographic Process Modelling Expert F/M – Luxembourg – Permanent contract – Full Time

As a Chromatographic Modelling Expert, you will play a pivotal role in addressing critical process development challenges for the company's clients. Your expertise will drive the optimization of purification processes for a wide range of biosimilars, biologics, peptides, and oligonucleotides.

Your key responsibilities:

• Analyze client requirements in downstream processing and articulate how our innovative digital tools and scientific expertise can deliver tailored solutions;
• Develop and recommend data-driven approaches to resolve purification challenges, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory expectations;
• Create detailed protocols for model parameter identification, ensuring accuracy and reproducibility in data collection;
• Lead or support the calibration, validation, and refinement of chromatographic models using client-provided datasets;
• Utilize advanced simulation software to enhance process efficiency, scalability, and robustness.;
• Write comprehensive technical reports and deliver clear, impactful presentations to clients;
• Work hand-in-hand with business development and software teams to guarantee seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

You have a PhD in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or or a closely related discipline. You also have demonstrated experience in chromatographic modelling and dynamic process simulation.

You also meet the following criteria:

• You are proficient in dynamic simulation tools;
• You have an understanding of model calibration, parameter estimation and sensitivity analysis;
• You are familiar with chromatography and membrane processes;
• You have strong communication and presentation skills;
• You have a customer-oriented mindset and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

You speak English fluently. French or German would be a plus.
