Key Account Manager - German Market F/M – Paris – Permanent contract – Full time

Poste et Missions
In close collaboration with the Head of Account Management (based in Lille), the Country Manager and the Field Technical Coordinator (based in Germany), you will manage German customers accounts.
Your missions:
- Supervise the integration process of new customers;
- Coordinate the installation of solutions at customer sites;
- Analyze performance and provide guidance to customers on best practices;
- Develop and execute a strategy for customer loyalty and business growth;
- Gather customer feedback to enhance solutions;
- Ensure timely reporting and implementation of action plans;
- Develop recommendations for adapting the product to the German market.
Location: this position is based in Paris with business trips to Lille (headquarters) once a month and to Germany 3-4 days a month (maximum).
Profil recherché
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience ;
- Ideally, previous experience in an international context;
- Fluent in German and proficient in English;
- Used to working autonomously;
- Strong listening skills;
- Proficient organizational skills.
Bonus assets:
- Knowledge of the agricultural field;
- Proficiency in French.
